Trailer Hitch Mount 4 Bike Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for Jamis 24 Inch Capri Girls Bikes

Question:

I plan to buy my twin girls 24 inch girls Jamis 7 speed Capri bikes. However, I am not certain if they will fit most bike racks because of the center bar. I would like to get the swagman due to price, but which 4 bike hitch mounted would you recommend considering the bikes I am buying.

I took a look at the Jamis 24 inch Capri bikes and the top frame bar does not extend so low that a platform rack cannot be used. For a 4 bike platform rack, I recommend the Swagman XTC-4, # S64665. The hooks will travel low enough to secure the bikes.
