Bike Rack Recommendation for Carrying Bike with Fenders

Does this unit wrk with bikes with fenders? Thanks

I have a great bike rack solution that would work well on a bike with fenders but the Kuat Transfer part # KU74FR will not work with fenders since it grabs the bike by the top of the tire where a fender would be.
Instead you'd want a bike rack that grabs the bike by the frame like the Thule Double Track part # TH92BJ which is a great solution for a bike with fenders.
