Recommended Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for 2014 Ram 1500

Question:

Air lift 1000 Does these affect the ride height? What I am meaning does it raise the back of the truck when installed. I had a truck I put the airlift 5000 and it raised the height in the rear even with no air in them. Also should or the 1000hd my truck squats a little when pulling our camper.Not real bad 2014 Ram 1500

The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60818 will not raise the height of your truck when not inflated. They are designed to help level your truck when under load, and remove that slight squat you are referring to when pulling your camper. I've attached a video of this installation to assist.

You also may want to consider using the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592 to update the manual inflation valves to a compressor and gauge system to allow adding and releasing pressure from those air bags from the comfort of your truck cab.
