Can Hollywood Racks Be Used with E-Bike with Fenders at Rear of 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:

I have 2 ebikes, one 60 lbs with 26inch tires, the other 48lbs with 20inch tires. I want to carry them on my 30ft 5th wheel, hitch no bumper. What is the best option? BUT they both have fenders that can not be removed. Do you have one that can be used with bikes with short front fenders off front spoke? The fenders extend approx 5 beyond the sproke so theyd have to be locked it at a slight angle. Another option would be to quick release front tires and load that way, but that doesnt seem like it would work. Thanks!

I have a great solution for you. The Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY64FR. This rack has an 80 pound per bike limit and will hold bikes with tires up to 5 inches. It is approved for use behind an 5th wheel like you have. This is a frame mount platform rack, so you won't have to worry about the fenders.

I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out.

I have a 2016 Volvo XC70. I think that I will put a 2" hitch, but the car is really a beefy station wagon. I am looking for a good bike rack for two ebikes that have fenders. One is an Aventon Level, which has an unusual frame. The Level with battery is about 60 lbs. The other bike is about 50 lbs. What bike rack can I get to fit my needs?

Going with the 2" Draw-Tite # 75916 is definitely the right call. For a bike rack I recommend going with the Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack # Y36FR because it comes with a ramp for easier loading and uses clamps to secure bikes with different frame styles.
