Connecting Vehicle 7-Way Connector to Trailer with 4-Way

Connecting a 4 way trailer light to a 7 way light plug Which wires go together??

It sounds like you are needing to connect your vehicle that has a 7-Way connector to a trailer that is equipped with a 4-Way flat connector. If this is correct then all you need is an adapter like the Pollak # PK12716. This will plug right into the 7-Way on the vehicle and provide a 4-Way flat on the other end to hook up with the trailer. You won't need to splice any wires together.
