Recommended Storage Cover for Palomino Real lite HS 1806 Truck Camper

Question:

I live in Bozeman MT where winters can alternate between very cold and sunny to severe winter weather with tons of snow and horrid east winds. I have the camper stored out in the field on the west side of our house and lilac bushes - so somewhat protected from the wind, but not the sun. The overall length is around 17.5 ft. and has a queen size bed. It fits on my F250 truck with 68inch bed with tailgate down. What do you recommend for a cover, and would you also suggest some extra strapping to secure it? Thanks

Expert Reply:

For your 17.5 foot Palomino Real lite HS 1806 truck camper, I recommend the Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover - 18' Long # CAM45770. This cover is a three layer top panel to repel water and snow while allowing moisture to escape. It has heavy-duty polypropylene fabric on the sides. This cover is engineered with vent flaps to reduce wind lofting so no additional strapping is required to secure the cover.
