Yes, I think it was factory install for drawtite removable 5th wheel assembly. Just hope pins go down deep enough. Measurements look pretty good, very close. Try to get model number of assembly it's a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 HD long bed crew cab 6.6L deisel

I appreciate you getting me the picture of your dimensions but it's not totally clear exactly what you have dimensionall. Instead check out the picture I attached that shows the dimensions of the mounts on the Demco # DM5988 that you referenced.

What is the year/make/model of the truck? It looks like a factory rail kit from Ford, GM, or Dodge but I'd need to know what you have to be sure.

We have just what you need as you have a set of either Reese Elite or Signature Series rails in the bed of your truck. The adapter you need to convert it to a gooseneck hitch is the part # RP30845.
