Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System Rated for 5,200 lbs
Question:
Are custom widths of HF to HF and spring perch spacing available? I need between 80 and 82inch HF to HF, 5.2K lb, straight, with 12x2inch brakes, 6 on 5.5inch hubs, and perches not welded in place.

We do have a solution that can work for you although we do not offer any custom width trailer axles.
Instead I highly recommend checking out the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System and we have two options available rated for 5,200 lbs, Timbren 4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange # TASR5200S03 and Timbren 4" Drop Spindle w/ Brake Flange # ASR5200S04.
The Timbren axle-less suspension systems are simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements. They also offer you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle because the Timbrens work independently so if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer; this is also true because the Timbrens have progressive springs that absorb shock bettern than a traditional axle with leaf springs.
As I mentioned, each of these suspension systems are rated for 5,200 lbs and have brake flanges with the only difference being # TASR5200S03 will give you 4" of lift for more ground clearance while # ASR5200S04 gives you 4" of drop.
Both systems will work with Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-5UC3-EZ, which has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and is compatible with 12" brake assemblies.
I've added links to a pair of video reviews of the Timbrens for you to check out as well.
