The Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 5,000 lbs # C19745 is not a custom fit for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I did confirm the curb weight of your vehicle at 4,397 lbs so it is compatible with the weight of your Jeep. You will simply mount the brackets to your bumper frame and it is recommended by the manufacturer to have the brackets spread 33 inches on center.
