For Reese's universal fifth wheel rail kit part # RP30035 which they list as a fit for your 2011 Ford F-350 long bed they recommend having the center of the king pin 4 inches in front of the rear axle center. I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions for this rail kit that have other measurements as well that you'd need for placing the rails in the truck bed.
