Recommended Electric Fireplace with Blower Fan

looking for one that has a fan on it for the wife. do you carry one with a fan?

The 26" Greystone Electric Fireplace with Remote Control # 324-000065 does force the air out utilizing a blower fan. It works like a space heater with the different temperature settings, a timer, and automatic setting as well. I've attached a picture of the blower fan for reference. The blower fan doesn't have different settings like low, med, high on any of the units. It is temperature regulated.
