Do Sidewinder Pin Boxes Put More Weight in Rear of Truck Bed than Standard Pin Box

Question:

With the sidewinder, that puts the 5th wheel 22inches back, Does this add more weight to the rear of the tow vehicle?

Sidewinders do move the pivot point back on the trailer 22 inches but the weight is still carried directly on the fifth wheel hitch as that is still where the hitch and trailer still connect. I attached a help article on Sidewinder pin boxes for you to check out as well.
