The dimensions of the Atwood RV Water Heater part # AT94186 are 16" tall x 15-1/2" wide x 20-7/8" deep. Therefore, you will need at least this much space to mount the unit. The access door to the water heater should have a vent but nothing else is needed.

This unit puts out 20 gallons of hot water per hour. I am sure this will be plenty for your needs but it really comes down to how much you will be using hot water and how many appliances you have that run off hot water. It is an excellent unit so long as the output meets your needs. It comes with a two year warranty and replacement parts are available if anything ever goes wrong.
