While you may be able to have an axle custom-fabricated with those dimensions the best option is going to be an axle-less suspension system, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S05.
With these you will not need an axle with any particular length because the Timbrens are a bolt-on installation that you attach to the side of the frame.
Suspension System # ASR3500S05 is rated for 3,500 lbs and has straight spindles that work with hubs # 84545UC1-EZ. The Timbrens are also available in a number of other weight capacities and I have linked our selection for you to check out, as well as a link to a video review of this system.
