Which Brake Switch Wire to Use to Install a Brake Controller in a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan

tekonsha powertrac brake controller I cannot find the brake wire from the pedal on my 2017 dodge grand caravan... can I connect to the wire at the tailight that goes hot when brake is applied?

The brake switch wire you will need on your 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to install the PowerTrac # 39523 is the white wire with a green stripe. It should only have power when the brake pedal is pressed and not at any other time. The vehicle tail light circuit cannot be used because the brake signal is not the only circuit on that wire.
