Hello, can I install trailer tires, 10 ply and load range E, as front directional?

Special trailer tires like Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10140 can be used only on a trailer.
If you are asking whether or not they can be used on a vehicle then the answer is no. Vehicles should only be equipped with passenger (P type) or light truck (LT type) tires but never trailer tires.
Trailer tires are made differently than vehicle tires since their primary requirement is carrying the load of the trailer. Trailer tires have a stiffer sidewall to handle that load. And in the same way, passenger tires should never be installed on a vehicle.
