The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down Systems such as # BWMC2302 are designed at a specific height to attach to the frame of the bikes they were made for. Flat tires would make the bike lower and cause it not to fit the Bike Bar properly. You would need to air up the tires or place boards or something under the tires so the bike sits up at the proper height. You would want the boards to be secured to the trailer floor as well to avoid slipping in transit.
