Replacement Propane Regulator for a 2011 Georgian Bay Park Model

Question:

Hello I have a 2011 Georgion Bay 39 foot Park Model. The black switchover lever on the propane regular is extremely stiff when turning to the left tank, it is ok when turning to the right tank. This happen all of a sudden, is there a simple fix? Thanks

The simple fix would be to replace the regulator. I know you may think this is a bit extreme as it still seems to be working but propane regulators are not serviceable and tampering with the lever will only make the problem worse. It will fail eventually and when it does you could be without propane so I think it would be best to replace it now while you have the chance.

For replacement, I have two options for you, a cost effective one in the Camco Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59313 and a premium one in the Camco Automatic Changeover part # CAM59005. In regards to the standard regulator, you can choose to have it draw from both tanks at the same time or you can control which tank it draws from first by using the valve on the tank itself. In regards to the premium regulator, the lever you see is not to switch back and forth between tanks as it does this automatically but rather to check the level of fuel.

I have attached review videos for you as well.
