For your 2019 Ram 1500 as long as you don't have the factory air suspension you can use the air spring for your suspension enhancement. For the best springs, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL88375. These have the internal jounce bumper to help prevent bottoming our your truck if you running the bags at a low psi. These springs are load leveling up to 5,000 lbs and come with the manual inflation valves to allow you to adjust between 5 psi and 100 psi for your driving preferences.

If you want to add a compressor, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Single Path # AL25854. This will allow you to adjust the air pressure and monitor it from the comfort of your cab.
