The Access Roctection Universal Mud Flaps for Full Size Trucks and SUVs - 12" Wide - Smooth Finish
Item # AC100001 are confirmed to fit your 2013 Silverado.

These are a fit whether you have factory add-on fender flares or not. You can install the mud flaps in a few simple steps. First, assemble the frame and the ball mount clamp, then attach the clamp to the frame using the included hardware. Slide the ball mount shank into the clamp, insert the ball mount into your hitch, and secure it with a pin and clip. Next, you adjust the frame until it sits level and plumb on your bumper. Vinyl caps (included) protect your vehicle from scratches where the frame comes in contact with the bumper. Finally, secure the frame to your ball mount by tightening the clamp bolts with a torque wrench. Then, to install the mud flaps onto the frame, simply slide the weld nuts on the back of each flap into the frame's nut channel, push tube plugs into each end of the frame, and tighten bolts to secure the mud flaps.

Once you have completed the initial setup you can leave the mud flaps clamped to your ball mount. This will make it easy to install and remove as needed.

Take a look at the video that I send about these flaps, and remember, if you think it is too much to install you can have them installed at a local shop.
