Inexpensive Tonneau Cover for a 2013 Ram 3500 with 8 Foot Bed

does this allow for fitment on 8 foot bed that my ram 3500 has? is price the total or is tax added … Ive noted that shipping is free. also, do the rails for the cover clamp on?

The correct Access Original Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover for your 2013 Ram 3500 with the 8' bed is part # 834532001804, not part # A16039 which is for a 2017 - 2019 Honda Ridgeline. The price displayed on the product page does not include tax or shipping though as you mentioned, most orders over $99 ship for free. The rails that hold the cover onto the bed do indeed come with clamps which I had attached a photo of for you.

If you are looking for something most cost effective then you might be interested in the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover part # TPLR-2025 which is just as nice of a cover as the Access Original. It also has a longer warranty (10 years Vs. 5 years).
