The Aries Bull Bar with Removable Skid Plate # AA35-3007 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Ford Explorer, however it will likely interfere with the front parking sensors on the vehicle. This will really be the case with any bull bar/grille guard that installs on your Expedition.
You may be able to relocate or turn off the sensors so that you don't get an error message with the bull bar installed. Most Ford vehicles allow you to disable the sensors via the information panel in the gauge display. If not you can also check your owner's manual to see if there is a specific fuse that can be pulled to disable the front sensors.
I have attached the complete installation instructions for this bull bar that you can also check out.
