Can my 2014 Ford F-150 tow a fifth wheel. Its a crew cab with a short bed. I have 10 ply tires on it

Yes, a 2014 Ford F-150 can tow a fifth wheel trailer although you need to look in your owners manual to determine what your truck's capacity is.
For rails, I recommend going with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50081-58 which uses frame brackets that will not require any drilling into your Ford's frame to install.
These will give you industry-standard base rails to fit a fifth wheel hitch, with the best option for a sliding hitch on a 6-1/2' bed being the Curt A16 # C16521.
