Although the winch you referenced does not have free-spooling, there is a very similar winch that does.

I recommend checking out the Bulldog Winch Powersports Series ATV Winch # BDW15011 which has a free-spooling clutch, load-holding brake and 1.2 hp motor with a 3,000 lb static load capacity.

This Bulldog winch has a 2-bolt mounting pattern measuring 3-3/16" x 3" on center and has a 40' synthetic rope.
