I have a Toyota Tacoma with a factory bed rail and the Rola 59799 Haul-Your-Might T3 truck bed rack. Since I would like to carry 4 Kayaks on trips, the Rola J-style carriers wont be sufficient. Would the Nautic Stack be compatible for this use case?

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520 will fit the Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # 59799 on your Toyota Tacoma. I went out to our warehouse and measured the Rola crossbars just to be sure. The Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier comes with tie-downs so as long as you have tie-down points on your Haul-Your-Might T3 then you will be good to go.
