You did not specify what vehicle you have but many will have a fuse specifically for those lights so if you take a look at your owner's manual it should specify which fuse you need to replace as well as its location.
Additionally you may have an overload if your running lights are incandescent or there is a short that is causing the overdraw so you will want to check the maximum amps your harness can handle and make sure the lights aren't drawing more than that.
