There actually is not a ST265/80R16 tire, the Provider # TTWTRTM2358016E is a ST235/80R16 tire. This was a typo that I have requested be updated so thank you for calling that to our attention.
This tire is 30.8" in diameter when inflated and 9.25" wide with a maximum capacity of 3,520 lbs at 80 psi.
The only tire for a 16" wheel that is larger is a ST235/85R16. We do no have any Load range E in this size. We have a Westlake in a Load Range G # LHWL410, or a Kenda Karrier in a Load Range F # AM10501.
