We do not currently carry Kobalt products so I really can't say for certain if the low profile toolbox that you mentioned will fit your 2016 Ford F-150. Your best bet is to simply take a measurement of the width on your truck to ensure it will accommodate the size of the toolbox.

We do have a similar toolbox available with the DeeZee Red Label Truck Bed Toolbox # DZ8170DLB that is confirmed to fit your truck as long as it has the 6-1/2 or 8 foot bed.
