Will the Pilot Aluminum Universal Side Step Bar Part # AS-400 Install Beneath Running Boards

We have a 2015 Chevy 3500. Can this side step be added to hang below the running board on one side - I have bad knees. Thanks!

The Pilot Aluminum Universal Side Step Bar part # AS-400 as the name states is a universal step that can be used in a variety of different applications. We have not yet installed this step on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with a set of running boards but I am sure it would be possible with a bit of ingenuity. However, as we have not yet tested it I cannot be 100% certain.
