Your 1997 Winnebago Vectra Motorhome with air suspension is built on a Freightliner chassis and so you can use Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK14-RSSA so long as it HAS a solid front axle and does NOT have the 150-gallon fuel tank. This is the item you referenced in your question.
