There are 4 ways that the PowerArmor battery box # TLA7708R can be mounted and one of them uses those brackets. They are extension brackets which are used if the box is not wide enough for the rear corners to sit on the A-frame.
Those brackets are 12 inches long overall. They are also 1-5/8 inches wide and 1-5/8 inches tall. The holes are 1-11/16 inches long by 7/32 inches wide. I have linked the instructions for you to view.
