Is Play Normal on Mount of Fulton Swivel Jack # FTJ120W0301
Question:
The existing weld mount is slightly smaller than the opening of this jack. So when I install it there is a it of play. Will this hurt anything? The locking pin works fine. Do to the type of trailer I have replacing the existing mount won’t work

There is normally a small amount of play when the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Weld On # FTJ120W0301 is installed. I wouldn't describe it as a noticeable amount of play but without seeing how much you have it's hard to say for certain. If the locking pin is working correctly though it sounds like it's the correct mount for the jack. If you measure the diameter of the mount that comes with the jack and what you have on the trailer how much of a difference is there?
