Replacement Tarp for Extang Tonneau Cover on 2004 Ford F-150 XL with 6.5 Foot Bed

Question:

Tag on the cover simply says Blackmax. Its approx. 69inch x 80. It has shrunk due to weathering. Need to know if Item # EX1770 would be the replacement I need.

There are many different options for tarps for your vehicle. If you look at the right rear of the cover there is a tag that will give us the information needed to ensure we get the correct replacement for your specific tonneau frame on your 2004 Ford F150 XL with 6.5 foot bed. If you can give me that information, I'd be happy to assist with a confirmed fit.

For instance there are 3 different covers that all have an extremely similar look with the snaps on the sides, but they are not interchangeable.

The Extang BlackMax Soft Tonneau Cover # EX2790 is the correct fit for a non-stepside model with replacement tarp # EX1790. Since you referenced shrinking, I also want to direct you to the attached photo because this system has a summer setting and a winter setting for the snaps due to stretch or shrinking with normal temperature changes.
