The main difference between Titan tire chains # TC2524 and # TC2323 is that the chain set # TC2323 is rated as an S Class chain, meaning that it requires less clearance to fit and operate safely inside the wheel wells on a passenger vehicle.
Chains # TC2323 use links that are only 3.7mm thick, as compared to the chains # TC2524 which use links that are 5.5mm thick. This means that the smaller link chains # TC2323 will work on larger tire sizes. The compatible tire sizes for each set of chains is indicated on each items page.
The online owner's manual for the 2006 Tacoma indicates on page 373 to install chains ONLY on the REAR tires and to use chains that have cross chains of no more than 6.3mm. In this case either chain would fit but the thicker chains # TC2524 would provide better grip. I suggest checking your printed manual too in case it differs.
