Yes, Thule does list the OutWay 2, # TH45JV, as a fit for your 2004 Chrysler Sebring sedan. I had a chance to use the OutWay series of racks and they are probably the easiest racks to put on/take off. What makes it so easy is because it uses retractable cables instead of straps to secure to the vehicle.

If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, in order to hold the bikes more level. I have included links to the installation details for the OutWay and a video showing how the adapter works.
