How to Power Third Brake Light of 2017 Chevy Colorado

On a 2017 colorado , is there a wire handy to hook up brake light on a topper without tapping into brakes so as not to flash when turn signal is on?

Your 2017 Chevy Colorado does not have a dedicated brake light circuit for powering a camper shell third brake light. Your best option would be to tap into your trailer wiring with the # 118158 and then run the red wire to the third brake light.
