If you have a camper shell on your 2003 Ford F-350 then you will need a different system as the Thule TracRac Universal Steel Rac # TH91000 is meant to be installed on a pickup that does not have a camper shell.

To have crossbars over the area of your camper shell and your Crew Cab you will need the TracRac # TH29200XT as well as the roof rack which consists of WingBar Evo Bars # TH711520, Rapid Traverse Feet # TH480R, and the Fit Kit # THKIT1508.

Please note that the ladder rack on your camper shell will have a weight capacity equal to that of your camper shell while the roof rack system has a weight capacity of 165 lbs.
