The Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 includes the hitch pin and clip, the pins and clips where the triple lug brackets on the tow bar connect to the baseplates, and the safety cables needed. If you want locking pins, I recommend the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 4 # BX88177 which will also provide you with the locking pin for a high-low adapter.
