Yes, the Saris Bones 3 Bike Carrier part # SA801BL is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Scion xA and will work well for you. It has anti-sway cradles which will prevent both bike to bike and bike to vehicle contact in addition to rubber feet and hooks to protect the vehicle's finish. Please note that if you have any bikes with an alternative frame then you will also need to use an adapter bar like the Saris Bike Beam Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # SA3040.
