I wish we had a B and W Turnover gooseneck hitch fit for your 1973 Ford F-100 but B and W does not have any fits that go back that far.
We'd only really be able to help with with a universal setup like the Buyers Products Gooseneck Hitch Plate # 3373014981 which would need to be bolted to the truck's frame and body or can be welded to the floor of a structural steel bed.
