For your Class C motorhome built on the Ford E-450 chassis I recommend the following parts:
For a rear anti-sway bar you will need the Roadmaster # RM-1139-147. If you also want a front sway bar you can use part # RM-1139-176.
All of the needed mounting hardware for these products are included. I have attached the installation instructions that you can also look through.
