Question:
Mine is in need of tightening. Any suggestions on how to remove the plastic piece so I can access the screws? Thanks!

Basically, squeeze and pull. The little caps on the mounts for the Camco Fold-Away RV Grab Handle # CAM42176 sort of snap in. Squeeze at the top and pull out and down because the caps sort of hinge on a tab on the mount. The caps can't go straight down or out so pulling the top down and outward some will then allow you to pull the caps from the mounts.
