Replacement LED Headlight Bulbs for a 2011 Ram 1500

Question:

I have a 2011 Dodge ram 1500. Its a single bulb that handles the low and high beam. Will these light bulbs be able to replace my single bulbs. Im looking to get my headlights brighter, They have a narrow beam as well. Looking for something LED that will give me a brighter and wider beam.
