Does the tongue weigh rating for this unit change bases on ball size or whether you are using it as a rise or drop? I have looked but cant seem to find the specs thank you

The Fastway Solid-Tow Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # DTSTBM6800 referenced in your question features a 1,000 pound tongue weight capacity, regardless of which ball you are using. The towing capacity will change based on the ball size; 8,000 pounds with the 2 inch ball and 10,000 pounds with the 2-5/16 inch ball. Using the ball mount in the drop or rise position will not affect its weight capacitiy at all.
