Diagram to Use for Rewiring 7-Way Trailer Wiring Connector
Question:
I have a 2007 rpm toyhauler. The 7pin on trailer was bad. So i went to part store and tryed to rewire. It dont seem right but everything is working lile brakes lights so on. But now I seem to have no brakes on trailer. If you could help tell me what color wires go where would help me see if im wired the right way. Thanks. Ill have a pic below of wires.

So there are two ways that 7-ways are normally wired with the only difference being the colors used. It looks to me like you have RV Standard style wire colors which is the middle diagram on the picture I attached. Your best option is to rewire the connector to match it and you should see it all start to work again.
