How to Launch a Boat Using the Carpod Cargo Carrier
Question:
Is it possible to add another hitch to the back of the Carpod? I need to use a small boat dolly that is used just to get a small boat down the boat ramp, not to be driven on the open road. Thanks

What is the connection point on the end of your boat dolly? If it is a 2" shank then you can use the Curt Dual 2" Receiver Tube Adapter part # D-192 but if it is a coupler for a hitch ball then you can use the MaxxTow Ball Mount with Accessory Receiver part # MT70066. Please keep in mind that the Curt adapter will reduce your hitch's overall capacity by 50% but this should not be an issue if you are only using it to back the boat dolly down the ramp.
Unfortunately, they do not make a 2" receiver tube that can be attached to the back of the 24x48-3/4 Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier part # M2205-01-02.
