Since all your trailer lights work except the right turn signal, it sounds like there is a bad ground at that connection. I recommend starting at that tail light and first checking the ground connection. If there isn't a separate ground wire at your tail light then the mounting hardware is often the ground. Make sure the connection is bare metal to metal and free of any corrosion or debris. Then use a circuit tester to check your stop and turn signal wire at that connection. If you have signal, for both then it is absolutely a ground issue and you should check your main ground connection to your frame as well to make sure you have bare metal to metal connection.
The brake light and right turn are on the same wire, so you then want to check that wire with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to make sure you are getting both functions. If you get both functions with your tester, then you know it is not a wire issue so there is a connection issue behind that testing point. If you don't have both functions, then I recommend testing your 7-way on your truck. It may be a simple fuse if it is not working correctly there and I recommend using your owners manual to determine possible fuse locations. If your truck side works, then clean your trailer connections at your 7-way on both the truck and trailer. Use some sand paper to clean the connections and then add some dielectric grease like # 11755 to keep moisture and debris out of the connection to prevent corrosion.
I've attached a couple articles to help further.
