How Much Clearance is Needed Between Fifth Wheel Overhang and Truck Bed Rails

no hight adjustment on truck hitch . Trailer pinbox can move up some, right now trailer needs to be raised 10inch Dose trailer need to be level when pulling because it looks like it may sit quite high in the front

If you need to raise your trailer 10 inches we aren't going to have a solution for you as that's quite a bit. Ideally though your trailer sits perfectly level and you have at least 6 inches of clearance between the bed rails of the truck and the trailer overhang.
