Adapter Needed to Use Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch on 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory Puck System

If I install the 5th wheel dealer prep kit, I should be able to use: Rease, RP30156 and PS30855 I already have 16k Pro Series Correct?

You are 100% correct.
If your new 2018 Ford F-350 comes equipped with the factory rail kit then all you need so you can keep using your Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is the Reese rail Adapter # RP30156. The rail adapter will drop into the factory pucks and lock in place to provide industry-standard, above-bed rails with which your Pro Series hitch is compatible.
