For your 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible, I recommend you start with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1303 and then use the adapter # RM-031 for your Falcon 2 Towbar # RM-520. You will then just need safety cables like # BX88196.
If you still need wiring I recommend using the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs # RM-155 which will bypass your vehicle wiring and still give you a factory look. You will need to add the # RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn when using a supplemental braking system which is required in most states.
If you need supplemental braking I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 which will apply your Mini brakes at the same time and with the same pressure as you hit the brakes in your motorhome. This system is easy to use and after the initial adjustment at installation requires no further adjustments so it becomes plug and play.
The final thing you need is a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to assist with measurements so you can get the correct adapter. I've also linked the page to your options to make it easy to find the correct part.
